    You are sooo right, we have to follow our own plan… I eat clean & watch my processed carbs, some days are good, some days not so good…. but we have to follow our own plan… your food always looks great and is an encouragement… I am no cook but man, I wish I was when I see your food… are you ever going to let those of us who dont follow your other sites know how wonderful? you are doing??? you look great and your happiness shows !!! good for you !!! keep up the great work.

    Thankyou so much! You are very inspiring. I’ve been eating this way for 7-8yrs, I’d gotten off trackm and you are helping me get back on. Originally,? I had lost 108 lbs, I’d gained 30 las year, and now I only need to lose 22. Good for you re: negative comments. Negativity has too many carbs for me. smiles. All the best.
