Im a type 1 diabetic, who is also on the run through out the day at work, what meals do you think will be fit for mefor bodybuiling
Brilliant videos. Keep ‘em coming.
too easy^^
@AznAndy562 yea it’s good to “gain/bulk” but not if you wanna get “ripped” then you’d have to eat cleaner obviously but you can put good size, with adequate tone on this diet
true that, MINUS the “frying”… make sure you ALWAYS use wheat bread or what you used, NOT white bread(very HIGH glycemic)… i actually ate these alot when i first got started
hmm thats like…. 100 calories PER, bread so 200/ the chicken their only looks like 15g of protein cant really tell the how many ounce, anyways that looks like around 400 calories eat that 5 -6 times a day…. hmm 2000 calories/ 2400 calories and it seems like a good thing to eat, recomend putting egg whites / taking out one bread slice
@HardBodySuccess Thanks A lot, Scott! I’ll give it a shot man!
@Mars7Stars Hey! It’s Scott. Drop the idea that you need only 48 hrs to recuperate. If you’re working out hard, even body weight exercises can tear down the tissue to where 48 hrs is inadequate. Try a week and see what happens; you’ve nothing to lose since you’ve stopped gaining anyway. If in doubt, err on the side of too much rest. Inadequate rest wastes time, energy, progress. Too much only loses some progress – not time and energy. If 1 week’s too much – cut rest days ’til you make gains.
WHAT A BIGG-ASS tomato.. o.O
@shylildude LMAO!

I cannot eat large amounts of tomato based foods because I am allergic to the acids that they contain. Is there anything else you recommend to replace the tomato that is just as good for you?
Hello Scott Abbett, what is your recommended Muscle Breakdow/Recuperation ratio you speak of in your articles? im really interested please help me out here.. ive been eating well yet seem to have hit a pleateu, havent seen any gains,shrunk my waist size, even lost quite alot of lean muscle mass. so i am lean, some muscle but not like before. I rest for 48 hrs,before hitting the same muscle groups. I dont go to a gym i do bodyweight exercises, pull ups, push ups,weighted tricep dips etc. Help!
cool! good sandwich. but a tomato that big is not a real mediteranean tomato…i bet it tastes like water.
