You’re food seems REALLY processed! I’m on a low carb diet and I eat lean meat and veg, sweet potatoes, with low G.I cereal for breakfast and lots of fruit. It’s tough the first few weeks but once your body stops craving carbs it’s easy and the thought of going back to eating shit makes you feel ill!

Unfortunately aspertame is a known toxin and induced weight gain

You should pick up the Atkins book, it explains everything you can eat.

I do have a sparkpage but I dont enter in my foods. I dont like to micro-manage my meals. I eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m not anymore.
