can you do a video on how much we should eat! how much we should eat for our size and activity. do we really need as many calories as people say we do? when we have the high nutrition in fruits and veg? I eat as much as I want in raw veg and fruit. Let us know what you think! maybe what you would eat in a day?

I love smoothies too. Juice from Fresh opened coconuts goes great with them. I always at least rinse my herbs from the garden because we have stray cats & you never know what wild animal could have urinated on it. You might not have to disinfect them if organic though. Thanks for a good & passionate demo!

@liferegenerator…First of all, I would like to say that you’re a good man. Your heart can be clearly read. Your passion is heard very loudly!….Question…How would i know what is an herb in my neighborhood? What would they look like?

    wow! mr. body beautiful:)

  18. liferegenerator says:

When picking herbs and plants from the side of the road, it is always a good idea to walk several yards INTO the woods, away from the side of the road before picking them…and also just try to pick them from less busy roads…and yes, if you wash them real good you will be fine..enjoy! :D

  19. liferegenerator says:

Any kind of EDIBLE herb could be great for smoothies! Just follow your intuition, experiment and have fun… As for growing your own, just check to see which kinds grow best for the climate you’re in and then you’ll be good to go! :D

  20. liferegenerator says:

The nutrients are in the liquid! That is what your body does when it digests food– it removes the undigestible fiber, and absorbs the liquid, i.e., the nutrients that are in the liquid…and the water itself too, of course.

  21. IampureSol says:

I bet it is delicious look he put 3 bananas that smoothie is more banana. I just made my first green smoothie with collard greens and 2 bananas blue berries and i couldn’t taste the greens… i was so freaking amazed it was the best smoothie ever. I can’t wait to try this recipe. I am excited : )
Thank you Mr. muscle smoothie man

  22. IampureSol says:

can u still get the nutrients if it is turned into a liquid? or do you get less cause it? passes through you faster if you turn your solids into liquids? Do u get the same amount of nutrients as a liquid as you would if it was a solid?

  23. coolr77 says:

in your opinion, does the recipes that you make taste good? like do you enjoy them, or are you just drinking the juice to be healthy?

  24. TheExPlOiTeDOne619 says:

Wow, wait a minute. Dang man, you had a really good point! Once humans are gone, no cooking would occur. That makes a good point for raw!

  25. damagedgarden says:

    Also…

Also, I see lots of wild herbs and plants near my house while walking, however I am worried about picking them. I am worried about anything they might have been exposed to on the side of road or skirting my neighbors yards. Do you think they are worth picking IF I washed them when I got home? I never wash anything that comes from my garden but other things that come from around my neighborhood…I’m just not sure I should trust. Opinions?
