Do a Youtube search on &quot;Atkins Diet I&#039;ve cheated what now?&quot;  The short answer is why did you cheat, and that&#039;ll help you determine what you should do going forward.  Basically if you cheated because you wanted to for a single meal, made a conscious decision to and stopped when done, then you can probably pick up where you left off.  If it became a carb graze with out of control eating, then Induction. Watch the video, it  explains more clearly.</description>
